Cara Holtz, M.S., BCBA
Owner / Director of Clinical Operations
Cara Holtz received her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She began her career in behavior analysis in her undergraduate work from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where she graduated with a psychology degree with an emphasis in behavior analysis. Cara has been practicing behavior analysis for over 20 years, focusing on early intervention.
Matt Oelke
Owner
William “Matt” Oelke has utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for going on 18 years. He has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2010 and is currently a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Licensed Professional Counselor. He is one of the founders and Behavior Analysts of Beyond Behavior, which provides ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. He provides individual and family support as well as consultative support to community organizations.
