Welcome to
Beyond Behavior
Beyond Behavior is an ABA Center-Based and In-Home program located in Hudson, Wisconsin. We provide both comprehensive and focus treatment to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other related disorders.
Our approach is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our goal is to teach skills to your child so they can reach their full potential. Our approach utilizes positive reinforcement to help your child learn new skills to help them be more successful throughout their day. We develop treatment plans alongside families that can include; teaching communication, receptive and expressive language, play skills, social skills, and daily living skills.
Beyond Behavior utilizes a variety of different teaching techniques such as discrete trial training, natural environmental teaching, behavior skills training, peer interaction, etc., and we will utilize the teaching method(s) that work best for your child.

Our team of Licensed Behavior Analyst have over 20 years of experience working with child and adolescents with autism and other related disorders.Our mission at Beyond Behavior, LLC is to provide state of the art services to children and adolescents with autism and other related disorders. Our goal is to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment where your child can learn and succeed to reach his/her full potential. We recognize that your child cannot reach his/her full potential without collaboration and commitment to services from the family.
Experienced Team
Cara Holtz, MS, BCBA
Cara Holtz received her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She began her career in behavior analysis in her undergraduate work from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where she graduated with a psychology degree with an emphasis in behavior analysis. Cara has been practicing behavior analysis for over 20 years, focusing on early intervention.
Matt Oelke, MS, BCBA
William “Matt” Oelke has utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for going on 18 years. He has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2010 and is currently a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Licensed Professional Counselor. He is one of the founders and Behavior Analysts of Beyond Behavior, which provides ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. He provides individual and family support as well as consultative support to community organizations.
